Our founder is an AAT Licensed Accountant with extensive experience helping clients start strong, stay compliant, and grow with confidence.

We combine the rigor of a regulated practice with the agility and warmth of a small studio. Every client gets a dedicated point of contact, transparent fees and clear communication — in English or Ukrainian.

Client Care Policy — clear written engagement terms and prompt communication.
Confidentiality — client information is treated as strictly confidential.
Continuity of Practice — written agreement with a nominated AAT Licensed Accountant to take over urgent duties when needed.
Anti-Money Laundering — procedures aligned with MLR 2017 and Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, including Customer Due Diligence and ongoing monitoring.
Complaints — acknowledged within 5 working days, full response within 14 days; escalation to the AAT available.
Data protection — UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018; records retained securely for 5 years.
